To provide full operational support to Head Waiters and Restaurant Managers, while ensuring that excellent quality and superb service is delivered to all customers.

Candidates will be expected to display initiative, have an extremely high attention to detail, maintain a high profile during service and promote and establish a regular customer base. As well as being passionate they must ensure that excellent quality and superb service is delivered to all customers.

Each candidate will be expected to control and manage their section in the restaurant, and react promptly to any issues or complaints in accordance with company guidelines. It is important that the candidate has a thorough working knowledge of the EPOS system.
