The Delaunay Counter marks a new departure for Rex Restaurants and casual dining in general. As a Counter Service Person you will be responsible for the final preparation for service of a wide ranging menu as well as keeping equipment, crockery and flatware clean and available as required.

To be successful candidates must demonstrate the following : An ability to enjoy working under pressure, strong attention to detail and communicating clearly. A high standard of personal hygiene and maintaining a tidy working environment, working at pace and consistently delivering standards, integrity, honesty and consideration of others within and beyond the team.The demands are high, so are the rewards.
