This position offers the opportunity to work within a high volume, brasserie style restaurant with a fantastic reputation for their pastry offerings.

You must have some experience in producing high quality viennoiseries, bread and goods related to the “tour” position. In addition candidates will be passionate about presentation, quality of product and attention to detail. It is imperative that you are a team player with a cool head, an ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure and are able to cope with high volume pastry kitchen production.
