Back to listing Pastry Junior Sous Chef Job Description This role will involve all aspects of kitchen management to include ordering, stock control, people management and development, as well all aspects of the day to day operation of a busy and pressurised kitchen. You must have experience in producing high quality breads, breakfast items, savoury and sweet pastry offerings, Viennoisserie, cakes, puddings and desserts.It is also important that you have no less than one to two years of working in similar middle management role within a high volume operation.We would also be interested to receive your application if you are looking for your first move into middle management and feel you have the potential to fill this role.
