In conjunction with the Sous Chef and Head Pastry Chef you will be ensuring that standards are maintained in the section.You must have some experience in producing high quality breads, breakfast items, savoury and sweet pastry offerings, Viennoisserie, cakes, puddings and desserts. Candidates will be passionate about presentation, quality of product and attention to detail.
