Back to listing Head Breakfast Job Description You and your team will be responsible for the smooth delivery of between 200-400 breakfast covers a day. This pivotal role requires an exceptional Team Leader who will be able to manage and motivate a team of 6 breakfast chefs. The role requires the necessary skills and experience of managing the unique demands of a busy plated breakfast alongside the demands of the employees. Whilst cooking alongside your team during service you will be required to oversee the training of your chefs as well as co-ordinating food, designing the breakfast menu offer, ordering and rotas. It is essential to keep a calm demeanour and a very cool head at all times, during the challenge of the consistently busy and pressurised services in one of London’s best known restaurants. This position involves working between 5am and 2pm five days a week. Alternatively, this role could be worked between midnight to 11am four days per week if this were more suitable to the candidate.
