This important role involves being responsible for managing all aspects of the lift areas, effectively relaying information from the kitchen to the floor and Duty Managers, and directing Mis en Place to the correct areas of the restaurant.

We are looking for staff who have excellent attention to detail, with an in depth knowledge of the menu. They must be enthusiastic, efficient and a good communicator. Due to the nature of the job it is vital that you are able to keep a cool head in the pressure of service.
Experience in this role would be advantageous.
